Terms of Service for Interaction
I know this is a lot to read, but I promise this is to cover me, you, and everything in between from scams.
I WILL NO LONGER BE DRAWING GIGANTIC / SUPER MUSCLED MEN. I AM A FEMALE ARTIST ONLY.
The Nitty Gritty
★ This is a NSFW and SFW artist and account.
- ✧ I will not draw art for free.
✧ I will draw sfw art! In fact I prefer it generally. ★ Note commission requests are completely fine.
✧ This does not mean send me a giant wall of text about your commission before asking me.
✧ Inquiries are to be short and sweet, I don’t have the time nor patience to read through long long notes about your character’s eye color before getting to a point.
✧ Notes are only for quotes, inquiries, and commission requests. Paid commission requests.
★ If you do not read my ToS I have no obligation to accept any commission requests from you.
✧ I don’t care if you don’t feel like reading rules, if you can’t be bothered to respect my limitations and obligations, I have no time to give to you.
★ I do not draw backgrounds for commission work.
✧ Unless I want to for myself, I will not draw it in a commission.
✧ I will not color one in a commission.
✧ I will not sketch one in a commission.
✧ I will not do any sort of background, furniture, or anything in a commission.
✧ If you ask for one in a commission at a normal price I will not respond to your note because I have posted this twice now.
★ Picture references are required.
✧ I work on these both off and on different streams depending which machine I am using for work. I have a limited amount of time to do so, so please provide all information PRIOR to ordering so I can determine complication and pricing.
Wills and Wont's
★ The following are fetishes/kinks/subject matter that I will not draw:
✧ Micro / Macro
✧ Super hyper (If your entire body is engulfed to macro proportions, nah.)
✧ Rape/Violence (This includes any sort of violence ranging from face slapping to castration)
✧ Gore / Vore
✧ Rule 34 / Canon Character / Fan art porn commissions
✧ Mechanical / Mecha / Machines
✧ Backgrounds (See what I did there no excuse now)
✧ Furniture
✧ Scat / Watersports / Farting
✧ Inflation
✧ Transformation
✧ Full bodies??? (these cost more but generally almost as much as the initial)
✧ Many more to come as I think of them.
Art Use Policy
★ Do not copy, trace, or reuse my artwork for any reason whatsoever.
- ✧ My anatomy is not perfect, my eyes are not perfect, nothing is perfect. My art is not reference material, it is not for you to use for your content without payment.
- ✧ Do not trace my ych’s and sell them. I am not your soundboard.
- ✧ Do not copy or reuse my work without crediting - and even then don’t do it. All work is done from the top of my head, I use no references and if I do, I will credit or at least mention it if there are more than several references that I use.
- ✧ Do not harass me about this, or you will be reported and blocked from every form of communication.
★ Do not repost my artwork to furaffinity, deviantart, weasyl, inkbunny, e621, or any other search engine based websites.
- ✧ Reblogs or reposts to twitter are acceptable so long as you “like” the original, and link back to myself with my different art pages!
- ✧ Any reposts of my art anywhere will be removed via a DMCA act and you will have a strike against you for having done so.
- ✧ Asking permission for reposting honestly is common courtesy.
Refunds, Payments, Invoicing
★ Refunds are very rare, but possible. However, as all art will always be completed, regardless of how long it takes.
- ✧ Once the artwork is complete, you will be unable to receive any sort of refund whatsoever.
- ✧ If you do ask for a refund, you have to do it prior to your work being completed, and before the coloring process. If you request it after the fact, you will be refunded up to the amount of work completed.
- ✧ Chargebacks are underhanded and childish, thus you will be blacklisted immediately upon knowledge of a chargeback done with intent. You obviously didn't read my ToS, so you have broken 3 rules at that.
- ✧ If the bare bones base sketch is completed, you will not have to be charged, but I will use it elsewhere. Sorry, my art, my right.
★ Payment is always via Invoice through Paypal and USD.
- ✧ Send in whisper, or via note through sites after alerting me for an invoice.
- ✧ All payments are USD only, conversion always costs a fee and I don’t charge enough to warrant having to deal with it.
- ✧ Payments are due prior to even starting the commission process.
- ✧ Donations and tips are always accepted and welcomed.
Personal Art and Blacklisting
★ All characters I draw representing myself, unless stated otherwise, are my own.
- ✧ Drawing my characters with yours is acceptable so long as the characters are in a SFW situation. The ones who have permission to draw otherwise are only madeofeyebrows@twitter, blinddetermination@twitter, uber close friends, and myself.
- ✧ If you have a request for a commission, tell me what your request is and I will tell you if it is okay or not.
- ✧ Most commissions are blind commissions with just base posing requests, I pretty much do wing its otherwise.
★ Any defamation of character posting be it on your page, via tumblr, etc, will not be tolerated.
- ✧ If you have a problem with me, please contact me and we will work it out via notes or something.
- ✧ If you continue doing so, you will be reported, blocked, and receive far worse treatment in kind, tbh.
★ Notes and any contact are to be used only for commission requests or inquiries.
- ✧ If you would like to get to know me, talk to me via in chat, journals, comments, and the like. Notes are easily cluttered and can get messy fast.
- ✧ I only roleplay via discord or f-list. I do not wish to do so through any art site, or note system.
- ✧ All harassment, rude or antagonistic communications are a bannable offense and you will be blocked from contacting me via any way, regardless of commissions, commission status, etc. If you are blocked while a commission is in progress, you will be refunded, and the art used elsewhere.
★ Blacklisted artists and commissioners are not allowed to bid, be bid for, or have their characters drawn.
- ✧ If you broke my rules and have done so repeatedly, your friend can not buy art from me for you.
- ✧ If I am made aware of this situation, the art will be taken down, and any submission reposts will be reported as art theft. Art will be repurposed and original customer refunded.
- ✧ If you participate in allowing someone that is blacklisted to commission me or purchase things from me, you, too, will be banned. If it is an honest mistake, I will listen to your situation, but otherwise I make it clear to customers I do not allow art for certain users.
★ If you do not have permission from another character / artist / owner to have a particular character drawn, I will not draw it.
- ✧ I will make sure you have permission / you have to provide permission from the user, or the user has to have it on their page that you have permission to have such characters drawn.
- ✧ Gifts or not, I have to know for sure / see that you have permission to use this character.
- ✧ If you try to do so, you will be barred from commissioning me for lying to me.
